Music

All students participate in a comprehensive music program throughout the year which includes class singing and music, culminating in our annual Festival of Song which celebrates our students' musical talents.  Visiting performances by professional musicians contribute to the breadth of musical experiences provided. Our choir consists of students from Year 3 to 6. They perform at community events, school events and at the annual Festival of Children's Music. Opportunities are available to learn the recorder, flute, clarinet or saxophone during school time and there are further opportunities to participate in the school band.
